Luis Sinisterra continues to give what to talk about in England. The Colombian has exceeded all expectations since he arrived at Leeds and has stood out in this start of the Premier League.
This is why his trainer, Jesse Marsch, praises him every chance he gets. After Raphina’s departure from the English team to Barcelona, the American coach sees in the Colombian player a great alternative to ‘cover’ the egg left by the Brazilian.
“Raphinha is unique, but Luis has an ability to run and play one on one. He is a really smart footballer, specifically with the ball and with tight spaces. He is also a finisher,” said Marsch about Sinisterra, in an interview with the channel Leeds official.
And he added: “It was a shame that he was injured in pre-season against Palace because we want to take him forward and integrate him into our team. I also think he will create combinations and last plays and play with intensity, he is fast and works hard. Time will tell, but I would not like to put this kind of burden on him, being Raphinha, but I know he will prove that he is a very valuable player.”
