With just five singles out, this artist on the rise has captivated audiences across the globe with her innovative musical style which led her to obtain her first nomination in a major award show. The Dominican-Italian trilingual songstress YENDRY today shares the news of her MTV MIAW nomination under the category Emerging Artist.

The MTV Millennial Awards (MIAW) is an annual Latin American award show presented by MTV Latin America to honor the best of Pop culture, music and celebrities. The eight annual award show will take place in Mexico City this July 13 and will be hosted by KALI UCHIS y KENIA OS.

At the end of May, YEИDRY released latest offering “YA” via RCA Records/Sony Latin created by famed producer Federico Vindver, Timbaland’s protégé known for his work with Kanye West, Coldplay and Justin Timberlake. The striking visuals were shot and directed by Kieran Khan (Cardi B, Sean Paul, Buju Banton) and filmed in Medellin, Colombia. “YA” was critically acclaimed by major media such as NPR, Pitchfork, y The Fader amongst others.
