Multi-Platinum, multiple award-winning, celebrated truth speaking, multi-hyphenate – recording artist, songwriter, and electric live performer Jessie Reyez makes her Tiny Desk debut for NPR’s “El Tiny” series in celebration of Latinx Heritage Month.

This year’s “El Tiny” featured celebrated artists such as Omar Apollo, Carin Leon, Tokischa, Carla Morrison, and Farruko amongst others. Jessie delivered a stunning performance of “Mood,” “Mutual Friends,” “Only One” and “Forever,” 4 of her standout tracks from her recent sophomore album YESSIE out now via FMLY / Island Records.

Reyez revisits her 2020 debut album Before Love Came to Kill Us and performs “Figures” and “Imported,” which she mashes with new stuff.

Yessie was released on Sept. 16 via FMLY/Island Records. The 11-track effort features a new song with 6LACK titled “Forever,” also part of Reyez’s ElTiny setlist. She co-produced it with Pomo, who has worked with artists such as Jon Batiste and Anderson .Paak.

Of the new album, Reyez said, “I’m in a different space. I’ve been growing. I’ve been taking inventory of my mental state. Watching my thoughts. Making sure the little voice in my head is actually on my side. Showing myself the grace that I so often show others. Be more present and being open. That’s what the album is about — Yessie.”

Don’t miss Jessie’s 2022 North American tour which starts October 13th in Miami, FL and spans across 29 dates with 13 cities already SOLD-OUT!! Her 2023 European tour starts January 16th in Oslo, Norway which includes 11 cities across Europe.
